Accounts are temporarily locked after five unsuccessful attempts to log in as a security measure to discourage unauthorised access


The security measure requires you to wait 6 hours before you can attempt logging into your account again.


You can reset your password after waiting the mandatory 6 hours. If you need to make an urgent lodgement and your account is locked, you will need to contact Court Services about options for this.
