Resetting your password

You can reset your login password if you forget it, or if you want to keep your account more secure

Reset your forgotten password

To reset your forgotten password, you will need to have an active email account you can access.

Steps:

1. Go to the CourtSA login page and click the "Log in" button
2. Click the "Request new password" button
3. Enter your email address
4. Click "E-mail new Password"
5. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password
6. Click the hyperlink within the email and you will be redirected to the CourtSA Reset password page
7. Click the "Login" button
8. Enter your new password
9. Click "Save"

Change your existing password

You can reset your password at any time but will need access to your email account.

Steps:

1. Log in to CourtSA
2. Click on your Username in the top right toolbar
3. This will take you to your Account page
4. Click on the "Edit" tab in the Account page
5. Enter your current password and the new password
6. Click "Save"
