As a law firm administrator, only you are able to view the cases that each user within your firm has access to
Steps:
- Log in to CourtSA
- Click "My Firm" in the top menu
- Click "Add/Remove Case Access"
- Enter the Users details in the name and email in the fields
- Click "Search"
- View the cases assigned to your CourtSA firm user within the "Case Associations" panel
