It is recommended that when initially creating a law firm account, a generic, non-personal email is created that is linked to your L code registered with the law society
Steps:
- The current Account Administrator will need to log into CourtSA using their password
- Click the user name in the top menu bar
- In the "My Account" page, click the "Edit" tab
- It is recommended to change the password when a new Account Administrator is assigned
- Enter the new password in the fields provided
- Click the "Save" button
- Click the "Personal information" tab and enter the new Account Administrator name
- Click "Save"
