Assign a new account administrator

It is recommended that when initially creating a law firm account, a generic, non-personal email is created that is linked to your L code registered with the law society


Steps:

  1. The current Account Administrator will need to log into CourtSA using their password
  2. Click the user name in the top menu bar
  3. In the "My Account" page, click the "Edit" tab
  4. It is recommended to change the password when a new Account Administrator is assigned
  5. Enter the new password in the fields provided
  6. Click the "Save" button
  7. Click the "Personal information" tab and enter the new Account Administrator name
  8. Click "Save"
